The Attendee Guide provides information you need to know for a great conference experience, whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning. Below, you'll find details on food and drinks, accessibility, and the additional spaces available to you.
Where Can I Ask a Question?
Go to our Registration table. There will always be a member of our staff team stationed here and available to help during conference hours.
Food and Drinks
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided Wednesday, June 24, and Thursday, June 25. Our closing breakfast will be provided on Friday, June 26.
We’ll provide beer, wine, and NA drinks the following times:
June 24: 5:00-6:30pm and 7:30-9:00pm
June 25: 5:30-6:30pm
Thursday Social: June 25, 7:30-9:30pm at International C-food Market Restaurant
Beer, wine, and NA drinks provided until bar tab met.
Dress Code
We don’t have one! Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. We encourage you to bring layers as weather is on average high mid-60s, low of high 40s, a mix of clouds and sun with marine breezes.
Accessibility
We are committed to hosting a conference that is accessible to everyone. Below are the efforts we’re taking:
Wheelchair accessibility to all conference spaces
Step-free access to all areas of the conference
Gender-neutral, single stall bathrooms provided in bathroom behind the auditorium
ADA spots in parking lot
ADA seating near entrance of auditorium
Dietary Requirements
We aim to provide meals that meet varying dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free. Please email katiejanovec@oregonlandtrusts.org for other dietary requirements.
Affinity Spaces & Lunches
Racial Affinity Space and Lunch
We’ll have an affinity space to allow attendees of color to center and prioritize their specific needs, voices, and experiences in a room without introducing the potential of harm or trauma from well-intentioned white allies.
We’ll designate a lunch table for attendees of color during lunchtime on 6/24 and 6/25. No hosted discussion but a place to sit and eat with others.
LGBTQIA+ Affinity Space and Lunch
We’ll have an affinity spaces to allow LGBTQIA+ attendees to center and prioritize their specific needs, voices, and experiences in a room without introducing the potential of harm or trauma from well-intentioned queer allies.
We’ll designate a lunch table for LGBTQIA+ attendees during lunchtime on 6/24 and 6/25. No hosted discussion but a place to sit and eat with others.
Quiet Space
Need a moment to step away from all the activity? We’ll have a dedicated quiet room. Check in with registration for location.
Parents Room
We have a parents room that is available as needed. Please email katiejanovec@oregonlandtrusts.org if you need to use this space.
