EVENTS & ACTIVITIES


In addition to the workshops and keynote speakers, we have a number of other events and activities planned for attendees. These include networking opportunities, a film festival, and socials to engage with fellow attendees.



Happy Hour | June 23, 5:00pm-7:00pm, Bridgeport Market, 75 Harbor St. Unit 100

  • Arriving in Florence Tuesday evening? Pick up your badge from 3:30-7:00pm at the Florence Event Center. Afterwards, head over to Bridgeport Market for our conference happy hour from 5:00-7:00pm. No hosted drinks.

  • After an educational day, gather with your cohort and discuss everything you’ve learned, questions you may have, and more! Drinks provided. 

Film Fest and Q&A with Chad Brown | June 24, 7:30pm-9:15pm, auditorium

  • We’re excited to feature two films, Resilience Rising and Blackwaters, by our Keynote Speaker Chad Brown. Q&A to follow.

Wednesday Social | June 24, 7:30pm-9:30pm, dining tent

  • Join us for our Wednesday night evening hang! Beer, wine, and NA drinks provided by us.

Thursday Social | June 25, 7:30pm-9:30pm, ICM Restaurant, 1498 Bay St. 

  • Join us for our Thursday night social event at the International C-food Market Restaurant! This is a great chance to meet other attendees and chat about the conference in a relaxed atmosphere. Beer, wine, and NA drinks provided until bar tab met. Badge required for drinks.

Bird Watching | June 24-26, 7:00am, meet in lobby

  • Join McKenzie River Trust's Charlie Quinn for a brisk bird walk. Head out for around a one mile-long walk, stopping for birds and other interesting things, then returning for breakfast.

Closing Breakfast | June 26, 8:00am-10:00am, dining tent

  • Grab a bit to eat and discuss your takeaways with other attendees from NW Land Camp 2026!
